to any warranty concerning defects in materials, construction or use of the product as
intended, safety of the product or otherwise. The buyer acknowledges that skateboarding,
biking, and similar activities are dangerous. The buyer assumes full responsibility for
the materials and hereby waives any claim or expense incurred in relation to or arising
from the use of this product, including but not limited to: claims for personal injuries,
medical expenses, attorney's fees and interest.
